So after our freezing trip to the mini Galapagos both Monika and I got sick and by the time we made it to Arequipa we were completely exhausted and had to take a few days off to rest. One whole day was spent asleep and drugged on vitamins and paracetamol and the next day we branched out and walked around the city a bit. Tonight at 3am we are off to the Colca cañon to explore!
Still not convinced that Peruvian food is that good! These stuffed peppers definitely were no way near as good as my granny's!
